No we don't have that feature - you'd have to rewrite it.
I have composed a piece in 4/4 time on my computer and because of the way things have worked out I would prefer to change it to 4/2.
Is it possible on Noteflight to do this so that the eighth notes become quarter notes etc. or will I have to rewrite the whole thing?
Use "performance text" to enter the instruction above the relevant part. It will tell a player what to do, but I don't think the NF playback will play it with a "col legno" sound.
I don't know how to put in col legno for the strings on noteflight? what do I do?
I'm wondering how to select all the meaures on my piece. I used to use ctrl + a (select all), but now that just puts an "a" note in where I I have selected.
The only ctrl key shortcut that I am aware of that works with IE on Noteflight without any additional effort is the "ctrl + up/down" command that toggles a selection up or down an octave.
This is a known issue with IE. These shortcuts will work with Firefox or Chrome.
Some browsers don't work properly with noteflight. I think IE is one of them - to use Ctrl, you have to press Alt too. Not sure if that's fixed yet.
If you are using full-screen view, the keyboard doesn't work. You have to be at the standard view to work with the keyboard. If that's not the problem, I don't know what else
The drop-down menus list keyboard shortcuts for Noteflight features (ex. ctrl-z = 'undo' as always), but for me, the keyboard shortcuts don't work in Noteflight.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? It would greatly help shorten the time it takes to compose if they worked.
Keyboard shortcuts function properly everywhere else on my computer.
Any insight would be apprectiated. Thanks!
